据印度国家地震局通报，当地时间21:08(北京时间23:38)，印度哈里亚纳邦发生里氏4.6级地震。包括首都新德里在内的周边地区有明显震感。居民纷纷从家中跑出户外避险。震源深度3.3公里，震中位于哈里亚纳邦罗塔克地区16公里处，距离首都新德里约80余公里。新德里卫星城古尔岗和诺伊达地区也有强烈震感，晃动持续约一秒。(总台记者 李琳)
